Seminars at Country Crafts

	2008 Seminars Most seminars will be held from 9am - 5pm at St. Joseph’s Academy in Brentwood. You will find this to be a nice facility with a large classroom and our video system. Photos of each project will be given with the supply list. Coffee and snacks will be provided; please bring a bag lunch. Registration fee is $65 per day; non-refundable and non-transferable. (If you cannot attend and when given adequate notice, we will try to sell your seat and refund your deposit.) Registration fees paid by check or cash are accepted now! Payment for surface may be included with registration or paid at time of project pick up.
	Shara Reiner Seminar           May 15-18, 2009
	I do have 3 of the 4 painted unpublished seminar pieces in my studio. Call me anytime to stop by to see them in person as the photos don't do them justice. We also plan to have "kits" available for painting ornaments, gift tags, gift envelopes and lots more. I will be teaching a funky country Shara design at the next meeting of DAWN. Click on CLASSES then on CLASSES AT LOCAL CHAPTERS to see a photo. Everyday Celebration Banner What a wonderful and colorful celebration of everyday things! Painted on canvas that could be reversible-such fun and whimsy will certainly make everyone smile-especially as we paint it! Ornament Box This box can store many ornaments, some of which are painted on the outside of the box and cutouts will be available to paint in class. There is also a primitive ornament tree that will stand inside the box for displaying the ornaments your paint. Wouldn't it look nice with greenery in the box or candles too? Start thinking creatively and please share your ideas in class. Christmas/Everyday Box Set This set of three boxes with cute lids and ball feet can be displayed all year round and then turned to the Santa side when you celebrate the holiday. A wonderful and practical gift(s) or a unique addition to your own special decorations. Funky Fruit & Florals on Tin This is classic Shara with a little MacKenzie Child's "attutude". They both think outside of the box with color and design. Dynamite stuff! We will have a variety of surfaces available so all will be a bit different. The photos give several ideas but all use the same basic design elements. I can't wait to paint this project with you - we'll certainly have to photograph our results and share ideas.
